ELLUC Projects were engaged in the design and development process for Space4, an initiative established to assist one of the UK’s largest house builders.
Upon ELLUC Projects commenced negotiations with the council, Environmental agencies & statutory bodies, of which we successfully secured a runoff rate of 200L/S, providing financial savings in exes of $800,000 through reducing he onsite attenuation.
Due to our success of significantly reducing the abnormal costs, ELLUC Projects were further engaged for the detailed infrastructure engineering designs.
