ELLUC Projects were engaged on the 164-apartment build to rent scheme, as phase 1 of the Pomona Island development. The 8882 SQM scheme has been delivered through a joint funding arrangement by the Greater Manchester Housing Fund & the Greater Manchester Pension Fund.

ELLUC Projects were engaged on behalf of the joint developer & contractor, Rawlinson Construction which sold the development Vista, a fund set up by Hermes Investment Management. Our engagement commenced at the initial feasibility stage to review the schematic design proposed within the vendors sale pack.

KEY DETAILS:

– Programme reduction of 18 – 22 weeks which increased the ROI on behalf of the fund

– In excess of $1 million saved through capital employment

– Huge capital savings through proposing the use of pre cast concrete rather than steel beams
